My absolutely most favorite chocolate cake from Sweden: Kladdkaka!
*melt: 100g butter
*add: 300g sugar
*add: 150g flour
*add: 2 eggs
*add: 4.5 - 5 tbsp cocoa
mix all together (add chopped nuts or more chocolate if you’d like), bake for about 20min (should be a bit soggy inside) and it eat while it’s still warm! Lovely!
